Our main focus is to bring “learning-by-doing” to another level. We take “active learning” which is the most effective method of learning and improve it even further. That’s why we develop games and simulations to let our customers train their competencies unlike ever before.

Every person and every team is different. All above happens with supervision of experienced facilitators and psychologists who first of all asses your personality and skills to implement suitable tools. Every customer is evaluated separately and the specific process is tailored according to particular needs and circumstances.

We use The Big Five personality traits, also known as the five factor model (FFM) to evaluate personality – a characteristic way of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Personality embraces moods, attitudes, and opinions and is most clearly expressed in interactions with other people. It includes behavioral characteristics, both inherent and acquired, that distinguish one person from another and that can be observed in people’s relations to the environment and to the social group.

Both for training and assessment are designed and developed by a carefully selected group of specialists. Our team consists of psychologists, game and interaction designers and specialists in field of the particular simulation. All of this to ensure the highest level of realism and the most effective learning experience for the lasting and positive change.
